The Faro de Diego restaurant is a charcoal-grilled steakhouse located in Puerto del Rosario, the capital of Fuerteventura. The restaurant is owned by Diego Pardo and his family, who have been dedicated to Majorcan cuisine for over 40 years. Faro de Diego offers home-style cooking, prepared with fresh, high-quality produce, specialising in beef, pork, goat and lamb. Some of its most popular dishes include the young beef T-bone steak, the veal fillet, the roast kid, the mixed grill and Majorero cheese, and it boasts an extensive wine list, desserts and tapas.
